BREAKING: NNPC Discloses Its Secret To Northwest Groups

Since the establishment of the New NNPC (Nigeria National Petroleum Company LTD) July last year which made it a commercial entity many Nigerians has been unsure as what the NNPC LTD functions now are.

NNPC LTD management in her efforts towards ensuring all Nigerians are adequately carried along in her operations engaged in carrying out Sensitization workshops in all geopolitical zones across the country. Presently ongoing is A Two Day Sensitization & Awareness workshop on UNDERSTANDING OUR NATIONAL OIL COMPANY (NNPC LTD) POST PETROLEUM INDUSTRY ACT for Northwest states holden in Kano State same of which had earlier been done in Port-Harcourt (South-south), Enugu (Southeast) and Abuja. Hajiya Aisha Bakar of the NNPC LTD while speaking to the participants on Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) today 15/May/2023 in Kano stated that the NNPC LTD was established for the sole aim of ensuring energy security. She however, stressed on the fact that the NNPC LTD is not a REGULATOR but an OPERATOR as the reverse has always been the thought of many Nigerians. She also went further to show community interventions they've been carrying out. Many of the participants in their remarks urged that the federal government gets our local refinery functional and remove the fuel subsidy owing to the fact that those intended to benefit from it who are the masses are not getting up to 10% of it. A strong call was also made for Nigerians to know that the there is no secret anywhere in the operations of the NNPC LTD as all activities and informations are in public disposal.
