#TENSION: Kano Peace Committee Engages Political Actors Calms Tension
The Kano Peace Committee, on 7th March 2023
in continuation of its advocacy engagements with critical stakeholders especially the political actors, and elections management bodies, towards a peaceful elections in Kano state.
The committee visited three major stakeholders in Kano, who included: HE Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, HE Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and INEC REC Kano.
The following commitments were secured:

committed to leave a “legacy of peace and development “H.E Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso advocated for “peace built on justice and fairness” INEC REC for Kano Amb Zango, pledged to follow a “path of honour”
