WEST SIDE OF AFRICA: What everyone should know.

 

WEST SIDE OF AFRICA

As I looked at the west side of Africa. Africa, one of the most decorated caste amongst the compound of the earth made up of very pleasant sites for any sitting.  

There I saw a very large family with beautiful daughters whose beauty was as that of angles of on high dwelling in the housing of the earth and strong looking handsome sons.
The family was exceedingly given the pleasures and satisfaction of life (this I thought to my captivated mind).

Just then, I saw a man called Ghana who was said to have had an unpleasant dealing in time past with this family I now find astonishing.
He had just left an assembly of his 'age grade' in that gathering of black tribes were men referred to in the compound of the earth as Cameroun, Benin, Niger Republic, Equatorial Guinea and Chad. 

Then I inquired from him of this peculiar people and so he told me the age long story; that they are the children of a man called Nigeria who is married to 37 wives whom in-turn gave him 775 children with over 186 million descendants, and as a result had them speak different languages;this diversity made them create grooves of worship and deities to which they offered libation.

But somehow they forget their roots and fanned the impression that they were birthed from different fathers, but funny enough they professed one father land bounds and the languages spoken by the 37 wives as mother tongues. 

Not until Christian and Muslim missionaries (the outer forces) came and made them seem to be united though in pairs they worshipped their gods and practiced black magic; And now,this new found faith seems to have even separated them the more. 

  Aside the facial beauty you see they are  very rich but their sons continually steal and squanders their resources to some distant families and this happens because Nigeria failed to incorporate the spirit of patriotism and selflessness in them, hence they became driven by selfishness.

While other families nurtured their homes, Nigeria was busy getting married to more women, "Many men like yourself (Mr. Ghana was now referring to me) had gone into Nigeria’s home to make them understand how formidable they’d become when amidst their diversity they're  united but it is either these good men were lured to their age long status quo or were being killed".

Despite these good men becoming part of Nigeria’s home yet they were still killed, Nigeria kills his own, that’s how bad the situation is, just too bad...
(he said as his face shown in pity) but just then I said to Ghana
"I still believe in Nigeria’s home getting it right. I will go into his home".

Looking deep into my eyes and realizing the determination in me he blessed me and said "peace be with you my son, you shall succeed', then he went his way. 

Now, in the compound of the earth and in the readings of the sands of time it was 2019 miles into distance and many families as that of Nigeria had moved far, even though some were older than Nigeria and their maturity were in no way be compared to Nigeria and these made the daughters and infants of Nigeria long to be as them in maturity not withstanding the age difference of these families and theirs. 

Nevertheless,  the desire of these vulnerable Nigerian descendants could be achieved as age doesn’t really matter but it was however held to ransom by the corrupted leadership exercised by her sons who engage in the 'divide and rule", born to rule syndrome. 

This undeserving style of leadership is what has left Nigeria in what can be said to be a slow or stunted growth. 

Nevertheless letting the rays of oxygen in it's life giving nature into Nigeria's home would make her mature.
I believe we can give her this oxygen.

See what Gov. Ganduje said to CSOs in Kano State over the death of renowned Kano based Activist.

CONDOLENCE. 

Shema'u Adam Imam : Fight Against Sickle Cell Suffocates Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano state describes the death of a committed activist against Sickle Cell in Kano state, which snowballed into national arena. Shema'u Adam Imam who was until her death a level 400 Microbiology student in Bayero University, Kano and a member of Sickle Trust Fund, as a suffocation to the fight against Sickle Cell in the country. 

"As a level 400 student of Microbiology, before her death, Shema'u Imam as the Chairperson of Sickle Cell community in Kano, was a focused and efficiently committed young lady, who believed in total service to humanity," governor Ganduje said. 

As a Sickle Cell patient, that, according to the governor, did not slow her absolute dedication, resilience, responsible and responsive fight for others in the community against the health challenge emphasising that, "She was an examplary shining star as well as a HEROINE." "It is pertinent to therefore, on behalf of the government and the good people of Kano state,  to extend our heartfelt and deep sadness condolence over this lost, while remembering the gap created by this death to her families, Sickle Cell communities across the nation, friends and all other groups," he said. 

Her footsteps were big enough to accommodate many feet before the Sickle Cell community gets the most appropriate replacement, adding that, "We must encourage others to take a leaf from her many contributions when she was alive. As young as she was, she achieved many things in life. Things that were people-centred. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace." 

Governor Ganduje further commiserates with Community Health and Research Initiative (CHR), Youth and Environment Development Association (YEDA), Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo Foundation, Sicke Cell Community organizaions, CITAD, Mufarka Youth Development Association, KANET  Kano Civil Sociery Forum and many more over the death of the HEROINE.
